Returns

If a product you bought is not as described (images and text) in the online store or in our catalogue, you can return it.

Return conditions

• Returns are accepted only for replacement or exchange with another product.
• The product must be in its original, unused condition, unless there is a manufacturing defect or material failure.
• The parcel must be sent back within 15 days of the purchase date.
• Include the original receipt or invoice in the parcel.

The product is sent by registered mail or courier at your own cost. If our technical department confirms that the product really needs replacing, we refund the shipping cost.

Please choose your products carefully: money is not refunded for a wrong choice. We recommend that you always keep the receipt or invoice.
